Most projects are priced on a project specific basis. Support agreements are also available and cover a range of options and pricing structures after projects are completed and incremental changes are needed to the project.

The most successful projects have an agreed upon timeline that is adhered to by both parties. However, not all projects fit into that model. Therefore, projects or tasks that a submitted on an as-needed basis are typically completed on a first-com, first-serve basis. All atttempts are made to complete tasks in a timely manner. Tasks that require an immediate response or a response during nights/weekends or other non-working times are subject to a 50% surcharge.
